1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Be in the same condition that you received it (unused, unwashed, and in original packaging)

  • Include the proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Used or damaged products not caused by manufacturer defects


3. How to Start a Return

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable, e.g. for defective items)

We’ll reply within 2 business days with return instructions.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we’re happy to exchange it. Please contact us with details and photos within 7 days of receiving the item.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First check your bank account again

  • Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

7. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
